500 mg: These last a long time if you have a low tolerance to it. If you are a beginner, go a lot smaller than a half and see how you feel before taking more. When I first started these my tolerance was next to nothing and I only needed a very small bite like a nibble.

So delicious! I have never had a shatter bar before and this has set the bar high for anything I try after it. I ate 1 piece before a 30km bike ride and it was amazing!
