How To Celebrate 420 in 2021

We truly thought that we would be celebrating the 50th anniversary of 420 in person this year, but alas, here we are!

Just because we aren’t able to celebrate the way we were hoping to, doesn’t mean that we can’t make this a 420 to remember! We have some great suggestions whether you’re celebrating by yourself, with your bubble or virtually with a group of your closest friends.

A Party For One

If you regularly go out to celebrate 420 and are feeling a little down about being home alone this year, let’s change that! 420 is a wonderful time to try new products you’ve had your eye on and, since you’ll be in the safety of your home, you can experiment with different doses!

We suggest making an entire evening (or day!) out of it. Purchase your cannabis products ahead of time, schedule dinner delivery from your favorite restaurant, pre-select your movie or music of choice, and get into your coziest clothes. Just because you are by yourself doesn’t mean you can’t have a great time!

Choose from a few different infusion methods, including:

If you choose either the cannabis infused oil or cannabutter method, be sure not to overheat, as it will break down the cannabinoids and may result in a lackluster high. If using the tincture, we suggest adding a few drops to your dipping sauce so you can evenly mix it up!

A *Virtual* Party For More

As many of us are still experiencing lockdowns and social distancing measures, a big ole’ bash in person is out of the question. But, fear not, Zoom to the rescue!

If you and your cannabis loving friends can’t get together in person, you’ll have to make your virtual party extra special! Our suggestion? Play Secret Santa, 420 style! Set a dollar limit, put a care package together for one of your friends and have it mailed to their home. Don’t open your packages until 420. Once everyone is on Zoom, open up your surprise and see what you purchased for each other! You can then enjoy the evening trying out your new cannabis goodies, enjoying your favorite snacks and (virtually) celebrating with your favorite people.
