   We found ‘The Healing co’ through our wedding photographer, her and I have had some conversations on our own personal struggles – So when I seen her Instagram story of how she has been Micro dosing and having success. . . I HAD to give it a go.
   There are times I have debilitating anxiety and my husband depression, we really had nothing to lose, neither of us are a fan of big pharma and usually tend to lean into plant medicines – Kratom being the main one. We never thought of trying psilocybin, neither of us had a huge amount of experience with psychedelics in our younger years though we have both overcome addiction from harder substances… This lived experience kept us from dabbling in micro dosing. . . . . In absolute all honesty, this has been the best ‘treatment’ for our mental health we have come across. It opens up the neural pathways for us to be present. My anxiety doesn’t rear up, and He has begun coming out of the depths of depression.

   We first started at 10mg – and gradually increased to 100mg per does. 100 has been our magic dose.

   I found one other supplier in Vancouver with a store front, I prefer The healing co and plan on ordering from here going forward.
