Breakfast is the first meal of the day and our first opportunity to fuel our bodies. Whether you’re looking to infuse your meal with CBD, so you get the healing benefits without the “high”, straight THC, or a mixture of both, we’ve got an option for you!
A breakfast classic, scrambled eggs! Instead of using a regular butter or oil in your pan, use a cannabis infused oil or cannabutter! Alternatively, you can add a THC and/or CBD tincture to the eggs before cooking them.
A bowl of oatmeal is another breakfast go-to for many! As you are adding a little brown sugar or maple syrup for sweetness, add a couple drops of CBD tincture to deliver all the healing benefits of cannabis without any mind altering effects. Top with blueberries, chopped nuts or a little cinnamon.
A cannabis infused smoothie is a great way to start your day! Pick from our various tinctures and dose your smoothie based on your individual tolerance level and desired effects.

Bring on the carbs! The Sweet Jane strawberry jam and peanut butter are an excellent addition to your toast, French toast or pancakes. If you find that you need a lower dose, mix your regular jam or peanut butter with the infused Sweet Jane versions!
